After their simply mind-blowing set at The O2 Academy Glasgow in November 2010, SHOWTEK are bringing their FTS tour back to the amazing venue. This is the long awaited return of an event of this magnitude to Glasgow. We are very proud to have the Dutch hardstyle brothers back for another leg of the FTS world tour that has been setting stages alight all over the world, including a massive show at NYE 2011 in Canada alongside Deadmau5. The momentum these guys have gathered in the hard dance world is something never witnessed before, so Glasgow – be prepared to get blown away all over again!

Last years leg of the FTS world tour in November 2010 was a sell out show that was without doubt one of the highlights of the year. An explosion of confetti, cO2, special fx & a stomping soundtrack to accompany the visual extravaganza. The show seen the partnership between SHOWTEK & Unlimited Productions (the team behind Tiësto & Ferry Corsten’s live shows) well and truly cemented, it left everybody reeling! The return leg of the tour will once again feature all the elements of the last years show, with an added boost for 2011!

Support on the night will come from brand new trance project ALLURE, an act that will make its Scottish debut. Ever since the very first release in 1998, Tijs Verwest (aka Tiësto) along with others has been involved in the project. But as his artist career has evolved talking him in a new exciting direction, he wanted to thank all those who had supported the Allure project, and step aside and allow a new generation to emerge. The guy on the podium is the one to watch from now on. Stepping out of the dark, from behind the curtain into the bright laser lights, he is ready to conquer the world and allure all of you into his world of angelic sounds, mesmerizing melodies and captivating beats. KODEX will also provide support on the night with a blistering closing set filled with nothing but top hardstyle.

BTTF Resident Obsession will also be part of the action on the night as he heads back to the O2 Academy once again. Always a dead-cert for a stellar set, Obsession consistently gives the European DJs a run for their money in the outstanding set stakes.
